I was playing with my 3 1/2 year old grandson with this toy:

When he unsnapped one activity, it completely fell apart. He is old enough he probably wouldn’t have put it in his mouth and I was right there with him, but the toy is rated for ages 1-4. A one year old would almost definitely put this nice shiny object in his mouth. This is a terrible choking hazard. I wrote about my concern to the company, but received no response.
I have a photo if you need one.
