Potential Choking Hazard, Ingestion Target - Cloud island Rainbow Soft Book This item is a Baby Crinkle Book. My child was 5 months old at the time. This was his first time playing with it.

There is a small plush bee attached to one page by a ribbon. My baby pulled the bee off immediately. The ribbon it is attached to is faulty. The ribbon after the bee was pulled off, began to unravel into hundreds of pieces. The bee is originally located on the second page of the Cloud Island Rainbow Soft Book. It is originally attached to a blue ribbon. The bee plush is small enough to be a choking hazard, and the blue thread unraveling into pieces can be a ingestion hazard.
