Caller stated that the air fryer cook book she purchased and sold to her neighbor presents a fire hazard due to the instructions that were given in the book, that she purchased separately. It stated to place parchment paper in the air fryer to reduce clean up. Her neighbor followed the instructions and the paper erupted in flames, fortunately they were present and was able to contain the flames.
Caller stated that she contacted the publisher and was asked to leave her contact info and someone would call her back.
Caller feels that this cook book needs to be recalled due to the instructions being given which is a fire hazard.
