The product, in the report: Lemon Lavender Hot Stuff Heated neck wrap. It was light green (tropical leaf pattern) and has small beads that hold heat inside the cloth material.
I put a Lemon Lavender Hot Stuff neck wrap in the microwave for one minute. For some reason, the microwave turn table did not rotate. When I opened the microwave, it billowed with smoke and the neck wrap was scored and sizzling. It could have started a fire and broke the microwave.
