The product, in the report: Heating pad measuring 13.5 x 13.5 inches. Removable core for heating in a microwave oven.
I have a “Lava Buns” heating pad measuring 13.5 x 13.5 in. with a “Microcore” center, manufactured by Vesture Corporation. Today, after a couple of years of non-use, I heated the Microcore center (pad) in my microwave oven for just two (2.0) minutes. This is normal use for this product. The pad became very hot and swollen and, to some extent, the shell melted. The shell was hot enough to cause burns.
