The product, in the report: Aromatherapy Microwave neck wrap

Goldessence Limited, Microwave aromatherapy neck wrap, purchased at Grocery Outlet

Instruction allow you to place the wrap in the microwave to heat it up and to place it on your body.

I had placed it in the micro wave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. When I reached in to take it out I burned my thumb. Apparently there is plastic inside the bag and it has started to melt through the cloth case. The plastic had also started to oozed through the outer cover and had melted a hole. this was the second time I had use the wrap...and the last time I used it I didn’t have any problems with it.
