The product, in the report: Product from amazon.com Name=”Fast Heating” Model=”M1” DesignBy=”HotDot”.

In late Dec. 2024 I order two small portable battery operated “Hand Warmers” from amazon.com. After examining the items and using them in normal conditions they appeared to work “mostly” as advertised, BUT I discovered that every time the devices are turned on, they default back to the MAXIMUM heat setting instead of remembering the user’s previous setting (a previous LOWER temperature). The MAXIMUM heat setting is 131 F ! The device defaults back to 131 deg F every time it is turned on ! It caused my hand to receive a small burn sensation that did not require treatment. It is a safety hazard. No heating device should ever go back to a max setting when turned on. They both do the same thing. It is a poor design and a risk to consumers.
