The product, in the report: Anti-Stress Neck Pillow
When heating the product in the microwave, it caught fire. The microwave is a total loss. Luckily we were in the general area and our smoke alarm went off. There was nothing on the package/ in the instructions declaring this could happen. Labeling says the product is microwaveable, and there are precautionary statements about burning one’s skin.
