The product, in the report: Wausau Black plastic towel dispenser in bathrooms. Pull one sheet down at a time; push a bar back/away from operator if sheet is not visible.
I was operating a newly installed Wausau paper towel dispenser at a Department of Defense installation and received lacerations on two separate occasions. The plastic edge/seam underneath is unnecessary sharp and right near the hand operated push to dispense mechanism. While operating the device my knuckle struck the edge and was instantly split open causing pain and bleeding.
