The product, in the report: Hand Dryer mounted in [REDACTED] women’s bathroom. Silver metal frame, with logo “World Dryer Slim dri”
After washing hands in [REDACTED] bathroom, I attempted to dry my wet hands using hand dryer made by World Dryer Corp “Slim Dry”. Immediately after dryer started, it exploded sending long sparks and small debris out of the nozzle area downward to the floor. The sparks and debris hit my hands leaving my hands stung from the force of the debris and covered in soot. Fortunately I was not touching the dryer. I believe I would have been electrocuted had I not been wearing rubber soled tennis shoes and careful to not touch the hand dryer.
