On February 23, 2025, I purchased a Samsung washer from Lowes. Model number WA52DG5500AW Manufacturing date 02/21/2025. I received the washer on March 6, 2025. By late February, I noticed it being unbalanced. By march 3rd, it would stop mid spin, so I called Samsung. They had me to run multiple repeated cycles and diagnostics until the washer began to walk across my floor violently. After doing that several times, I was afraid it would explode or disconnect the hoses from the wall. I then got a motor failure code. Before that it was only unbalanced load codes. After reading reviews, I found that this particular washer is Now for motor failures. Its not right they are selling customers dangerous faulty appliances thats failing in a year or less. Costing customers safety risks, loss of warranty purchase and other fees. They are aware of these issues. Its just wrong.
