Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: It is a two piece pooper scooper, with a bin and a rake

I just bought this product. During assembly I was injured due to a manufacturing flaw. This could have been really really bad if my 2 year old daughter would’ve gotten cut by this. Both pieces had razor sharp burrs. I called Walmart immediately to submit a report. I took a file and knocked the birds off so that we could use the product to clean up our dogs poop.

The product, in the report: Vibrant Life Basking Bulb Reptile Lighting. 100 watt. 1 count UPC 1 94346 42270 8. on top of the UPC is 545003. Incandescent Reptile Lighting. Concentrates heat and light for basking reptiles.

I purchased a Vibrant Life 100w basking light for reptiles a few months ago. This morning the light didn’t come on at its scheduled time. I assumed it burned out. My husband replaced it with the same bulb but when he removed the non-working bulb he found the entire glass bulb had become detached from the metal housing that screws into the lamp and was only holding on by the filament wire. This could have fallen into my tortoise causing injury or death or even a fire.
