The product, in the report: Personalized Bow Dog and Cat ID Tag. There is a design on the front side. The back side of the tag has been personalized with names, address, phone number to contact in case dog is lost. I will upload pictures from the Chewy app to indicate the product dimensions and an image from the retailer.
We bought our new puppy a dog tag in August 2022. The tag was placed on her collar, and she wore the collar occasionally (several times a month). On April 5, 2023, I went to grab the collar, and the collar sliced my thumb. After closer inspection, the coating on the collar had started to degrade and caused sharp metal shards to start peeling away from the tag. This was after occasional use of the tag.
