Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No one hurt

Made Feb 21, 2026, sent to the company Feb 25, 2026, published by CPSC Mar 11, 2026

The product, in the report: TOMNK Wall Mounted Cat Climber Set, Cat Wall Climbing System, Cat Furniture Set, Cat Climber with Cat House, Tunnel, Bridge, Tree, Steps, Scratcher Board And Hammock, Cat Shelves for Indoor, Luxury Cat Walls. It has multiple different items that mount to the wall. I will add a photo of all items and sizes. 9.9lbs and I sent screenshots of exactly product dimensions.

I am reporting a dangerous structural failure of a wall-mounted product. The mounting hardware provided by the merchant failed entirely under normal use. The unit detached from the wall and fell, ripping two large holes in the drywall (valued at $50 in damages). Critically, my cat was on/near the product when it failed and fell with the unit. This product is a significant safety hazard for both property and living beings. Merchant Response: I have contacted Temu (WhaleCo Inc.) multiple times .Closed denied ticket ID#[REDACTED] and new Ticket ID:[REDACTED] They have engaged in “ticket looping”acknowledging the urgency but closing tickets without resolution or compensation for the damage. I have preserved the failed hardware and photographic evidence of the damage to my home. I am seeking a full refund and $50 for property repairs.
