The product, in the report: RIOGOO 8x8 dog heat pad chewproof

I purchase a RIOGOO Dog Heat Pad 8x8 CHEWPROOF CORD from Amazon on 10/17 on 12/15 my dog was electrocuted while on the pad in her crate. She was at some point trying to chew on the corner of the pad but just the fabric was chewed. In the middle of the night my puppy 11lb let out a loud long yellping sounds, barking I ran to her she then ran out her crate on to my couch in fear and unconcerned she at this time did loose control of her bowels and annual glands. I then looked in her crate to clean up the stool and saw a part of the cord with a wire sticking out.
