The product, in the report: RC Pet Products, Primary Kitty Harness , size Medium in Blue

The plastic D-ring on my RC Pets Primary Kitty harness snapped allowing my cat to run free of his leash. He was walking on a leash to keep him safe from cars and predators as well as keeping wildlife safe from him. This failure could have resulted in his injury or death.

Report Update: The “Risk of Harm” is the risk of injury or death of the cat or owner when the d-ring fails. The cat could run in front of a moving car, get eaten by a predator, carried away by a raptor or fall from a tree or cliff. The human could be injured trying to protect a cat that is no longer connected to the leash.
