The product, in the report: Interactive Cat Ball Toy
I imported this product (P02 Cat Toy, Model P02) for commercial resale. After the order was received, a compliance check alerted me to a public recall.
The product is officially listed under the EU Safety Gate Alert SR/03120/25 due to a confirmed, severe health risk. Official documentation confirms the product contains an excessive and illegal concentration of lead (up to 72.6% by weight), making it illegal to sell or distribute in the U.S. Two units were released (one was ‘sold’ to a family member in the same household and one was a promotional sample). One unit remain on my premise and quarantined. I’m currently trying to retrieve the second unit. The entire remaining inventory is now under quarantine on my property.
The incident is the discovery of an illegal, recalled, hazardous product shipped to the U.S. from the Foreign Supplier.
