My cat used the letterbox and his small toe/claw got stuck in one of the holes causing injury to his paw as well as the people to get him unstuck. This product introduces a major flaw in its design that allows the animals claws/toes to get stuck in a hole causing injury. He may have to be taken to the vet and was bleeding from the injury.
