  1. No one hurt

The product, in the report: Heybly Cat Tree with Toy, Cat Tower condo for Indoor Cats, Cat House with Padded Plush Perch, Cozy Hammock and Sisal Scratching Posts, Smoky Gray HCT004SG 17.32”L x 12.6”W x 7.09”H

I was gifted a Heyby cat tree tower. It states it is safe for kittens and cats. I rescued a 1-year-old cat and also have a small 5-year-old cat. The tree was put together properly. On 10/20/2023 one of my cats was sleeping on the top bed on the tree and my other in the peep hole bed. At 5am the tree fell and hit the wall and my cats were thrown off. My small cat has been so scared she is hiding. I place the cat tree in the middle of the living room, and it fell again hitting a 3 shelve wall unit. Only one cat was on it. THIS IS DANGEROUS! Not only are my cats afraid but it broke my wall unit. It is not fit for 2 cats or maybe just one. I am lucky it did not fall on my glass table. CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE WARNED OF THE DANGER. My cat that was sleeping on the top had a small limp but she is okay now my scared to come in the room.
