The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Kennel 10’x10’ Height 7’ Stated also suitable for chickens + cats (not true) [REDACTED]
Caller stated that the metal enclosure and the entrance doorway cause him to hit his head because the dimension is not what the product was advertised to be. Caller stated that he has banged his head several times. The company was contacted and he requested a refund and they are unwilling to assist. Caller feels that this Kennel is unsafe and should be reported. I initially requested partial refund.

No one hurt Made Jan 17, 2026, sent to the company Jan 22, 2026, published by CPSC Feb 11, 2026
The product, in the report: Garvee heavy duty dog grooming table, 50” electric grooming table for dogs & cats, pet grooming table, height adjustable with anti slip tabletop, with sockets for all pets White. Listed at 479.98 and a 300 lb capacity. The two attached photos are of the two brackets that attach the motor and piston. You can see the full image of the lift in the attached link or on Walmart’s website. We went ahead and went to a shop to repair the lift as we needed it for our disabled dog.
My wife and I purchased a grooming table lift sold by Garvee through Walmart. The lift collapsed from its full height of approximately three feet. Upon inspection we discovered that one of the brackets was only welded on one side instead of four sides as the opposite identical bracket had been. The single weld was not adequate enough in strength resulting in a failure. This represents a serious safety issue for an adult and their pets. It is a work place hazard if used for employment. It is also a hazard for children with the potential for a fatal event happening. The lift sells for approximately $370.00 on the Walmart website, and has a capacity of 300 lbs. Both Walmart and Garvee have been notified of the incident. My concern is existing ones in the same condition being used by consumers, and the potential for others to be sitting on the shelf with vendors awaiting sale.
