The product, in the report: 22.5 box of Fresh Step cat litter. Clean Paws low tracking litter. The box is blue with carrying handle attached. UPC: 31874.
I was removing my 22.5 lb box of Fresh Step cat litter from my shopping cart to my car when the carrying handle on the litter box failed. When the handle failed, the momentum from my efforts to lift the 22.5 lb box from the cart caused me to strike myself in the face. I sustained an injury to my lip due to the carrying strap failing on the 22.5 lb Fresh Step box of cat litter.

The product, in the report: Fresh Step non-clumping premium clay litter w/Febreze
Products containing Febreze mfd. by Proctor and Gamble, others using this chemical cause asthma attacks in me. Using Fresh Step kitty litter mfd. by Clorox with Febreze is irritating airways leading to constriction and severe cough as lungs try to expel product and open airways. Exposure is very cumulative and constant from litter pans and open bags of unused product in house. Ethyl alcohol is used to vaporize the chemical, a Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) known to cause asthma and breathing problems in persons with impaired respiratory/pulmonary functioning such as asthma, COPD, cystic fibrosis, asbestosis, etc.
