The product, in the report: “Flexi Standard” small retractable leash
On the sidewalk My neighbor was walking a small dog was on the Flexi Stardard retractable leash. The dog ran around my legs and the leash cut deeply into my legs. The first section of the leash had a flatter, wider nylon section (like a shoe lace) material. Then transitioned to a fine cord of white and black “twine” like section. That second section as it retracted and wound around my legs and instantly cut deeply. This could be very unsafe if it happened to a small child.
