The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. First aid

Made Jul 26, 2018, sent to the company Aug 3, 2018, published by CPSC Aug 17, 2018

The product, in the report: QT Dog Brake-Fast Stainless Steel Dog Bowl. The bowl is made of stainless steel with three stainless steel prongs in the center of the bowl intended to slow down the pet when eating. Size is 13.25 x 13.25 x 3.25 inches/96 oz. US Patent D563608S

The bowl is stainless steel and has prongs to make the dog slow down when eating. The instructions indicate that the prongs should be removed and washed. When I attempted to unscrew the prong, the prong edge sliced my finger open. I notified the company that sells the bowl of the danger but they are still selling the product.
