The product, in the report: API pet bed warmer 24 round bed, light brown by Miller Manufacturing Glencoe MN

I purchased a pet bed two months ago for indoor use. The pet bed mat appears to have shorted in multiple locations and burned the mat. This could have caused the house to catch on fire. It was used indoors and per the instructions, no extension cord and no visible damage to the mat before the incident.
