The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Brush Curling Iron

I purchase the curling iron brush listed below. When I used the product as I curled up my hair on the heated round brush, the brush would not release my hair.

I tried and tried to release my hair from the brush and it would not release. I had to actually pull my hair piece by piece from the heated curler pulling out my hair. A lot of my hair was left on the brush.

I tried it two more times and the same thing happened. I emailed the company and told them what happened but they have not answered me.

This is an expensive hair brush curler. I purchased it from Sam’s Club for $100.00 and Amazon sells it for $160.00.

This brush will damage hair and risk burning the comsumer if they do not turn off the unit while trying to pull their hair from the brush. This brush needs to be recalled until the company can fix this issue. I was really scared when I could not get the brush to release my hair.

If I had used it on my child, it would have caused emotional distress and perhaps burned my child’s head.
