The product, in the report: 1 of (iLife Products) 13 Assorted Large Gerber Daisy Flower Hair Clip Bows with Soft Stretch Crochet Child Headbands - Will Fit Infant Baby to Toddlers to [ASIN: B004D98ZCO]
I ordered a hair (iLife Products) 13 Assorted Large Gerber Daisy Flower Hair Clip Bows with Soft Stretch Crochet Child Headbands - Will Fit Infant Baby to Toddlers) for my infant. When I put the headband with the attached hair clip it cut her head. I then contacted them to obtain a refund. They refunded my money; however when I submitted feedback that their product was unsafe because it scratched my infants head I received an email telling me it was my fault. Not only was the clip unwrapped which resulted in my infants cut, they had the nerve to tell me to remove the feedback. ______________________ [REDACTED],
Although we appreciate the positive feedback, such feedback is not a reflection of our flower hair clips and can be taken as a negative view of our safe product. This is a sad and first and rare case, and our hearts sink to think of a your little baby being cut by a clip, and so we have tested them again and again, and have found that it would require force and an accidental push onto a baby’s head to come close to breaking the skin, just like any hair clips can cause. As stated, proper and careful adult application is required and expected with anything that has metal on it, when applying to any baby or child’s head, or even an adult head.
We would appreciate you removing the feedback, as you have been fully refunded, and your review is now a liability in stating a cut on a baby’s head, when in the courts, we could prove how it would be the application of the clip that would cut a baby’s head, not the clip itself.
We appreciate your positive review, but nonetheless it is not a proper reflection on our product’s safety, but a reflection on the application in this rare case of cutting your baby’s head.
If we do not hear from you, we will contact Amazon.com at that point and have your feedback removed.
To remove your feedback please do the following:
1. Login, click “Your Account” at the top right of Amazon.com 2. Click the “Your Orders” button ( top middle of page) 3. You’ll see a list of your recent orders 4. Find the order you want to remove feedback for and click the “View Order Details” link on the left side of the page 5. On the next page, in the section “Your Seller feedback about this order” (middle of page, under the shipment box), you’ll see a “remove feedback” link.
