Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: dbest products Cruiser Cart Deluxe Silver

I was pushing a shopping cart that I had just purchased from Target a few hours earlier. I assembled the cart, according to the instructions, without issue. I was using the cart, as intended, to bring groceries from my vehicle (located in a parking garage of my apartment complex) to my apartment. I had made one trip with the cart without incident. On my second trip, the left front wheel completely broke apart from the cart while I was pushing it. After the wheel broke off, the cart fell forward and to the left, stopping suddenly. Since I was behind the cart pushing it forward when it broke, I tripped over the cart due to the cart stopping abruptly. I fell forward, my body twisting to the side, before landing on concrete. I injured my leg and my hip due to the fall on concrete. I would also note that the wheel completely separated from the cart; it can no longer be reattached.
