The product, in the report: Battery operated Cleansing Spa Spinning Spa Bruch
We bought 3 spinning spa cleansing brushes for Christmas presents. We are grandparents using one for us, one for my daughter and one for my granddaughter. My wife used the brush first in the shower, it has a long handle and seemed useful for reaching our back. On first use the spinning brush caught my wife’s neck chain and it immediately tightened around her throat, she called out in panic as she started to choke. I responded but could not get a grip on the stop button and my wife started to slump over at which I forced my fingers between the chain and her neck breaking the clasp. If I had not been on hand, I believe she would have choked and even died.
