I purchased a squeem waist clincher. The squeem is intended to hold your stomach in. I went into the store where I purchased it and an employee helped me and found the size to fit me. I walked around with it for a while and it felt comfortable. After wearing it for a while I have experienced discomfort and have plenty of scars and scrapes on my back.
