Hurt, no treatment Made Nov 13, 2019, sent to the company Dec 13, 2019, published by CPSC Dec 31, 2019
The product, in the report: its a yellow wet/dry life-proof wireless shaver
I was shaving with the above mentioned wahl shaver on my head. I have neither modified it or failed to maintain it. The blades inside the shaver inexplicably breached the shavers guard and cut me in the head twice. the first time I though it was a hair that got pulled, so I continued to shave. The second time however, it dug deep in my scalp causing a painful laceration which bled for minutes and was difficult to stop.

No one hurt Made Feb 17, 2015, sent to the company Mar 11, 2015, published by CPSC Mar 25, 2015
The product, in the report: Wahl - WAH 9818 - Stainless steel battery-powered (lithium ion) trimmer.
Summary: The trimmer turned itself on and will no longer turn off.
Found battery-powered trimmer running in drawer after arriving home from work. It had turned itself on and would not turn off. This seems like a fire hazard given the lithium-ion battery and constant unforseen run-time.
