The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

Hurt, no treatment Made Mar 13, 2020, sent to the company Mar 23, 2020, published by CPSC Apr 13, 2020
The product, in the report: A body razor, used for removing hair on entire body.
The foil heads on the Philips Bodygroom razor are faulty, and have been for years. The heads are supposed to last for many, many shaves but instead fail after minimal use. The foil mesh ‘falls apart’, leaving holes with sharp metal edges. These edges cut and scratch the user. Philips refuses to address these concerns with anything more than sending a “replacement blade”, which will also fail and cause harm.
In the process of contacting the company, I have found this is a common issue. Both their reviews on their website, and their facebook page have comments on these types of issues dating back 3+ years. They also rejected my reviews on their website, as they are apparently trying to bury the fact that there is an issue now with paid reviews (which is what is the first and only review showing, until you click “more”)
This has been a problem for over 3 years: [REDACTED]

No one hurt Made Mar 18, 2016, sent to the company Mar 29, 2016, published by CPSC Apr 12, 2016
The product, in the report: Norelco PT730 Shaver cord
Bought Norelco Shaver Model PT730 thow and a half years ago new from Amazon. I just noticed that the outer insulation on the spiral power cord from the charger is disintegrating, crumbling and falling off. It’s color has changed from blue to powdery gray, it has become very embrittled and simply falls off if the cord is moved or flexed at all. This cord has been exposed to no solvents or any chemicals, soaps or anything and it is the entire cord that is failing, not just one section of it. Clearly a very bad formulation of plastic was used in the production of this cord and this is almost certainly not a singular incident and is much more likely to be product wide. Similar incidents can be found perusing customer complaints regarding this product on line with words like “Norelco cord disintegrating”. This is a major safety issue, because although relatively small shock hazard exists, the inner insulation is very thin and could easily be compromised causing a short circuit and resulting fire. And this is a very common shaver found in tens of thousands of homes. I will be more than happy to provide pictures if requested.

No one hurt Made Jul 8, 2014, sent to the company Jul 16, 2014, published by CPSC Jul 30, 2014
The product, in the report: Norelco Electric Razor model number 8150XL
While shaving my face with my Norelco 8150XL razor, one part of the razor head that retains the spinning blades gave way and the blade and cover flew out of the razor.
I was not injured, but there is a strong possibility of injury to face to eye with this kind of breakdown of the razor.
