  1. No incident, no one hurt

The product, in the report: https://norastyler.com/products/multistyler - I purchased this product , a multipurpose styling tool on July 7th , it started making strange noises in August and I started to use it less. In September it started to make a rattling noise - by the end of September it started to smell like it was burning and I stopped using it and reached out to customer service only to be met with no resolution.

I purchased a styler from Nora Styler.com - basically a [REDACTED] duplicate. I paid $69.90 for the item. After a couple of weeks it became defective after only a few light uses making loud rattling noises and emitting smoke. It felt like it was going to blow up or go on fire. I was concerned for being electrocuted. I have contacted customer service as clearly this should not happen at anytime not mind after 6 weeks of barely using it and they refuse to offer any sort of customer service. This is clearly a manufacturing fault and I should not be peanlized.
