The product, in the report: [REDACTED] description: Dermaplaning Tool by Revlon, Facial Razor & Hair Removal Tool, High Precision Blade,Smooth & Even Skin, Stainless Steel
Revlon Hair Deffuzer is responsible for my injury of my middle finger, right hand after the attempt to remove a tight set blade cover cap from the handle with the blade attached to. I believe if properly designed Revlon Hair Deffuzer my injury would be avoidable Below is the text with the references to the (26) pictures of the trauma event which I was trying to describe to you over the phone. Pictures include series of photo images, recorded, starting March 7th. Some photos of the event on March 7th, and following days, subsequent to the process of healing of my middle finger, and other pictures demonstrate the comparison of the Revlon’s Hair Removal/Deffuzer what I have contributed my injury with 1cm laceration, with the similar/alike product of other brands. Witnesses: [REDACTED], my companion, phone # [REDACTED] [REDACTED], my coworker, phone # [REDACTED] [REDACTED], my coworker, phone # [REDACTED] I was doing my makeup, getting ready for work, when I noticed in the magnified mirror some fuzzy hair on my face. I wanted to shave it before I have applied the makeup, and after applying my face cream. It is the best to shave the face when face cream is applied. Important to notice I was doing my makeup in the bathroom as always, sitting at the bath tower cabinet, which countertop is at 41” height. I reached my Revlon Hair Deffuzer from my cosmetic bag, raising up my hand above countertop and attempted to remove the clear plastic blade cover. Usually, I would remove the cover by holding the Deffuzer handle in my left hand and removing the cover with my right hand. This time I changed the order. The cover was so tight, as always has been anyway on many I have purchased many times before, but this time it got fatal when the smoothly shaped handle just glided off in my hand and cut my middle finger. There was no way I could prevent it, or slower the cutting down. All happened to fast to my awe. Because, of course, the laws of physics and applied force. My finger immediately start bleeding hard, and I called [REDACTED] to help me. He was checking his email in the living room. By the time he got to help me, he was like 5 feet from the bathroom, the bathroom sink was covered with blood all over. The whole chaotic scene [REDACTED] can describe your better, and on better English, than I can do, especially I was in the state of shock that moment, scared I cut my finger to the bone, and it is my literally working hand as I do 3D computer modeling... I was trying to disinfect the wound with peroxide, but it was so profusely bleeding, so it was useless. [REDACTED] that applied one [REDACTED], though it was bleeding through, so he added two more, and it became obviously I need a medical help, as it was seems the finger cut needed to be fixed more than just with band-aide. Approximately 6:30 am I left for [REDACTED] and tried to call my coworker (hands free voice command phone in my car) [REDACTED]. She did not pick up the phone right away. So, I did call [REDACTED], my other coworker, who usually comes to the office the same time I do, and lives the same, like me an hour away from the work. He picked up the phone right away. I told him what happened, asking him to tell out boss I will be late, and I’m on my way to the ER, but hopefully Urgent Care would be able to fix my bleeding. Then [REDACTED] called me back. She told me the exact location of the Urgent Care on [REDACTED], close to our office in [REDACTED] (remember I live in [REDACTED]), which should be the opening at 8 am. [REDACTED]
