The product, in the report: Noxema triple blade with Jojoba silk-strip disposable shaver.
I recently used a Noxzema triple blade with Jojoba silk-strip disposable shaver. It was the first use, and severely stripped away the skin on my leg shin area. The injury is approximately 5 inches long, and I will probably end up with a scar. When I contacted the 800# listed on the package for the Noxzema Co., I spoke with a representative who offered me coupons for their products. When I requested to speak with a higher authority, she gave me information for KAI Universal Razor [REDACTED], to which I had to submit a complaint in writing with pictures etc. Could your office provide me with any other information that may help me in this matter? I have photographs of the wound and would like to forward them to you. Thank-You
