  1. Hurt, no treatment

The product, in the report: Pellebant Base and umbrella. Pellebant 350 lbs Patio Cantilever Umbrella Base with Wheels - Black. The actual umbrella is Pellebant Outdoor Patio Cantilever Offset Umbrella 11 ft Double Top. Navy Blue. 132 in. W X 132 in. L X 108 in. H. Model # PB-PU057NAV-2024.

I bought a Pellebant Umbrella and base. It was purchased from Bed ,Bath and Beyond also known as Overstock.com. I followed the directions exactly as stated. We have very slight winds (5 to 7 mph) and the umbrella fell on me. It will not stand up. It keeps falling over. This umbrella is defective. I could have been seriously injured. It is NOT supposed to fall over on people. The winds were very gentile. This umbrella is going to seriously hurt someone. The product was being used by me in my back yard. I was using the Pellebant umbrella and base I purchased. It was being used for shade. It did fall on me. I caught it with my arms as it was coming down. It hit my arms and shoulders. Thank God not my head. I am very sore and bruised.
