The product, in the report: 11 foot offset patio umbrella from Big Lots
The patio umbrella all of a sudden snapped one day. It was not windy and the cord holding the majority of the weight of the umbrella snapped. it fell with such fury that it bent the umbrella stand made of steel and dented our deck. No one was injured but we would have been if we were sitting under at the time. Luckily we went in 2 minutes before this happened.
