The product, in the report: Barton 10 foot market umbrella Stock # 93567, by Barton Lifestyle and sold by Wayfair. The weighted base is Stock # NU5395. by Blue Wave under the name of Island Umbrella and sold by Wayfair. It is composed of 4 each of 1/4 of hollow square black pieces measuring about 20” x 20” x 3” thick. Model Barton; BlueWave

New 10 foot off-set market umbrella abruptly fell over in a VERY gentle breeze onto deck chairs. The cross-arm base was weighted by 4 water-filled flat 1/4 sector weights. Each weight abutted the leg, but were not connected in any way. When the umbrella started to tip, the cross-arms just pushed the weight aside and the whole thing went over.
