The item is a pair of baby nail clippers. The piece that holds the handle to the clippers broke off whilst clipping my 3 month old son’s nails. It flung off mid-cut and flew across the room, hitting the opposite wall. If it had flown any other direction, it could have hit either my son, or myself in the eye, or face. It is very dangerous!
