The product, in the report: 1 wallet 2 purses

My daughter purchased from a company call Vintage boho November 2022 for Christmas holiday gifts. The company claim to refurbish original high end vintage purses and wallets, and she purchased 2 [REDACTED] purses and 2 wallets. They were received and I opened my gift late March to use for the 1st time. The purses and wallets 3 of 4 were in a state of decomposition. The smell of mildew that is one of the bags and the tor liner was glued along with the zipper. The other purse and wallet were full of stains as well. I reached out to their support who and they refused to take them back for a refund. Insisted that the mildew smell alone should be a reason for them to take it back. I continued to press them until they agreed to do a store credit after showing them the images of the damaged merchandise they shipped us. I don’t think anyone should be wearing anything that smells like mildew or exposed to possible mold spores. They advised the cleaning agents is what smells like mold and that they sells all their merchandise with stains as they are vintage. The owners support page replied with a statement that the better business bureau would not take any matters in this issue and that they had been sued and bankrupt many times before. Now I have merchandise that could potentially have mold.
