The product, in the report: The product is a black New York Grove Street Small Margareta Wkru4494 and Wallet Black Leather Tote 13”L x 7”W x 8.5”H
I was using my Kate Spade NY purse as it was intended and every time I put it on my shoulder the material was ripping my hair out. It did so gradually and I did not notice until it ripped out about a third of my hair. I have had to spend an insane amount of money trying to restore my hair all without success. The material was too rough and pulled on my hair till it literally ripped it off my head. When I contacted Kate Spade they simply said the issue was not under their warranty. I truly believe their products need to be evaluated and should change to make them safer for consumers. This occurred over 1 year.
