  1. No one hurt

Made Dec 31, 2022, sent to the company Jan 5, 2023, published by CPSC Jan 20, 2023

The product, in the report: The package has eight disposable vinyl gloves **made in China**. This package it is from the brand named :’ FORMULA 409’’ and it is distributed by INNOVATIVE BRANDS Allen PARK MI 48101 tel # is : 1888--346--6688 , this is a small package with these dimensions: wide six inches by 9 and a half inches tall.it says in the package that is powder free, disposable, ambidextrous that means to be used by the left and the right hands equally well. The package does NOT HAVE SIZING PRINTED ON IT and neither does it explain what size are the gloves inside. WHY IS SO?! Why these products do not even have any information about the sizing?! Is any one quality checking these products BEFORE THEY REACH at the consumer’s hands. Why our rights as consumers are violated like this? Anyhow I had these gloves on and they are in small size, they are in color white and semi opaque(almost transparent) .THERE IS AN INTOXICATING ODOR ON THEM THAT WILL MAKE PEOPLE SICK while inhaling it AND IF THESE GLOVES ARE KEPT FOR LONG TIME ON THE HAND BONES OF THE HUMANS WILL HURT, most likely the intoxicating odor comes from the chemical compounds that these gloves are made from, and these dangerous chemicals with these bad odors will also penetrate our skin and make the hands’ bones to hurt. Please inspect this brand and all the other gloves and products out in the USA market and do what is needed to be done to remove them from our markets. Thank you! REPORT DATE 12-31-22

I purchased one pack with 8 (eight) Disposable Vinyl gloves from brand “Formula 409”-----Distributed by INNOVATIVE BRANDS ALLEN PARK MI 48101 tel# 1888-346-6688*** I purchased those gloves on 12-18-22 at the CVS pharmacy located at [REDACTED] . The package was in good shape and unopened when I purchased it. I opened the package later on at home and when I put the gloves on I noticed that it was a terrible odor on them. That bad odor made me nauseated and also I noticed that my hands got a bad odor too and after keeping these gloves on while working , my hands got sweaty and even the bones of my hands were hurting...I had a pair a gloves just like these a few months ago form the same CVS and I spoke to the manager of the store there about those issues, but apparently the management did not care to call the manufacturer, or the supplier so to STOP the issues and or to STOP selling these gloves.
