The product, in the report: Bib with Teether
Caller stated that her mother purchased the bib with the teether at a souvenir store. She stated that while she had placed the bib on the child, she noticed that the child was drooling on the bib, the teether which seems to made of hard plastic started to disintegrate into pieces. Caller stated that the pieces could become a choking hazard to her child.
1/18/16 Caller stated that she contacted the company by email but didn’t get a response as yet.
