  1. No one hurt

Made Jan 26, 2026, sent to the company Jan 30, 2026, published by CPSC Feb 18, 2026

The product, in the report: A black quilted puffer-style winter jacket, size Large, brand wantdo. It is marketed as a warm, insulated coat for winter weather, with two slant pockets, hooded collar, and waterproof exterior. The jacket is intended for use as cold-weather outerwear.

I purchased a jacket on Amazon that was sold as new. When my teenage daughter put her hands in the pockets, we discovered two unknown pills, a used [REDACTED] tissue, and a used restaurant receipt inside the jacket.

This product was intended for a minor child to wear immediately due to cold weather. Instead, we were exposed to a contaminated and unsafe item that contained medication and bodily-fluid tissue. The item was advertised as new but clearly had been worn or handled by someone else.

There were no physical injuries, but this created a serious safety concern and potential health risk, especially for a child. I believe this qualifies as a product safety violation that should be reviewed. I have photos of everything found inside the pockets.
