Old navy Unisex Water-Resistant Hooded Utility Jacket for Toddler 4780860123000- the zipper slider broke off. Minor is mouthing on everything and could have easily choked on this. I called into Old Navy customer service they were completely dismissive, stating that it was worn and washed and dismissing this as an issue.
