The product, in the report: Baby Jacket, size 9m, zipper front.
The zipper on a Carters baby jacket disintegrated into 4 tiny metal pieces while being zipped up on our daughter.
I mistakenly told Carter’s that the baby had pulled it apart, I discovered last night that my wife was zipping it up on our daughter on the changing table when it came apart.
