The product, in the report: Hoodie
I placed an order for a hoodie a few days ago. The product arrived defective. Although the defect is practically imperceptible, it caused a facial injury that has been painful and could cause a permanent scar on my face. I wore it once for a couple of hours. Unfortunately, and because of the product manufacturing defect, when I tried to remove it, it caused a deep scratch in the area of my forehead, because one of the laces rings has a hole and a sharp point.
