How badly anyone was hurt

  • No one hurt 1 CPSC: Incident, No Injury

As each report says it, in short words; CPSC’s own words are under each.

The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Brand: cakeworthy Order number: 384072 Item: wicked quilted jacket

I am submitting this report to raise a safety concern regarding a product from Cakeworthy. The item I received emits a strong, noxious odor that resembles mold or another potentially hazardous chemical. When I open the bag or handle the item, the smell is so overwhelming that it causes an immediate headache, nausea, and general illness.

The odor persists even after airing out the product, and it appears to come from the material itself rather than the packaging. Based on my experience and what I have seen online, there are multiple similar consumer complaints about Cakeworthy products having a strong, unpleasant, or chemical smell.

**Public Safety Concern:** I am concerned that these odors could indicate the presence of mold, chemical contamination, or other unsafe materials that might pose a health risk to consumers. I believe this issue should be investigated to determine whether the products are safe for use and whether they meet health and safety standards.

    **Health Effects Experienced:**

    * Headache * Nausea * General feeling of illness after brief exposure

**Action Requested:** I would like this matter to be reviewed to ensure that these products do not pose a risk to consumers, and to determine if a recall, safety warning, or further testing is warranted.

Would you like me to make this sound a bit **more formal** (for government submission style) or **more personal and emotional** (to emphasize your experience and concern)? I can tailor it accordingly.
