  1. First aid

Made Feb 17, 2016, sent to the company Feb 26, 2016, published by CPSC Mar 18, 2016

The product, in the report: Gold, long sequenced dress. Sharp edges, stiff build, uncomfortable and irritating when touches the skin.

I ordered a gold sequenced dress from YesDress. I tried the dress for no more than 3 minutes and when I took off the dress, my body broke out in a rash/hives and I had scratches (some bleeding) all over my neck, arms, shoulders and chest (I have pictures) When I wrote to the company indicating the damages, they refused to process my return. Not only was the dress completely different that from what was advertised, they were unwilling to take responsibilities for the damages the dress caused my body. In their return policy YesDress states: Please see following for the list of quality issues that are fully refundable for: Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, Damaged dress Which made by US- 100% 2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality.

I have sent them dozens of images of what the dress has done to my body and they are still refusing to send me my money back.
