The product, in the report: infants cotton onesis size 0-3 months beige color with snaps
While the 10 week young infant was wearing the cotton onesis the consumer noticed that she screamed out in pain. The consumer ripped the oneseis off the infant and noticed an 1 inch nail in the crouch part (near the snaps).
She contacted the firm on 1/30/2012 and a report was filed (no document number provided) and was advised that a representative would be in contact with her within seven days.
The onesis was not washed prior to being placed on the infant, and she was wearing the onesis less than 5 minutes.
He has discontinued the use of the onesis and is glad that she was able to remove it from the baby’s body in time to prevent any further injuries.
