The product, in the report: Black, Size36D Manufacturers description below: The Enlite Bra: Movement, Managed Bridging the gap between high performance and comfort, the Enlite Bra breaks the paradigm of what it means to move with freedom. High performance comfort in a sports bra has finally been defined. For the past two years, we’ve been working on creating a high performance sports bra that’s actually comfortable to run and train in. Using non-traditional methods, we set our sights on creating a design that does everything we’ve always been told sports bras shouldn’t do: move. After researching, experimenting, testing, and retesting the product, we invented something unique to the athletic community: a bra that contours to the shape of the body and doesn’t restrict movement—it enhances it. “From the very beginning, we just wanted to get to the heart of how women want to feel in their sports bra,” Alex Plante, Innovation Manager, explained.
I sustained lacerations around my torso from wearing Lululemon’s Enlight bra during a marathon training run on Friday, September 29. The injury is deep, surrounds my entire torso, and has prevented me from accomplishing the following for4 days pot-injury: -Wearing any bra since the injury occurred due to the location of the lacerations -Showering due to acute and searing pain & stinging when exposed to water -Resume marathon training because of inability to wear a sports bra -Sleep as a result of the rubbing and pain associated with the wounds touching any surface or fabric
I just spoke to a resolution specialist who asked me a series of scripted questions, none of which included asking for the details I am providing above. Further, when I asked the resolution specialist if other customers had experienced issues with this product he told me some of the feedback included similar complaints related to the product’s “sharp edges”. It seems irresponsible that more than one customer has complained about this issue and the only response they had was “did you refer to the fit guide”.
